Recently, BAOD EXTRUSION completed the smooth delivery of several sets of medical ultra-precision tube extrusion lines, and successfully raised the extrusion process level of ultra-fine medical precision tubes to a new height.
In this project, we successfully achieved the extrusion production of ultra-fine and difficult medical tubes such as "OD 0.6mm/ total wall thickness 0.08mm triple/double layer PEBAX tube, OD 0.4mm/ wall thickness 0.08mm-single layer PEBAX tube, OD 0.6mm/ wall thickness 0.2mm-FEP tube", tube size tolerance ±0.01mm, which completed a new breakthrough in precision technology. The innovative concept of precision extrusion technology insisted on by BAOD EXTRUSION machine is once again integrated into the high-end medical field, and the preferred solution of domestic equipment replacement in this field is fully realized.
