It is compatible with a wide range of engineering plastics, including PA12, PA6, PA66, EVOH, PPA, and PPS, covering both standard and high-performance materials.
The co-extrusion die head adopts a multi-channel flow distribution design, ensuring precise layer thickness, excellent uniformity, and no delamination. The five-layer PA multi-layer tube extrusion line is suitable for various automotive applications such as fuel pipelines, cooling pipes, and more.

The fully automatic precision vacuum calibration and cooling system maintains ±0.1 KPa accuracy within a 0 to –50 KPa range, with online automatic centering. It supports various types of calibration tooling — dry, wet, copper sleeve, or laminated — to ensure precise sizing control for all categories of automotive plastic tubes.
